Happy hour is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, while our grazing menu will be served from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. We dry-age all our meats in-house, carefully controlling temperature, humidity, and air circulation for optimal flavor and tenderness. Our steaks are then cooked over Missouri oak and hickory on a custom hearth, creating a smoky, flavorful experience with unmatched depth and richness.
